Gary Harrington...
it'd be 4 after the rainout's last night wouldn't it? but then, i'm sure that all the games he played as the last of the bohicans would count towards his league total wouldn't they?

To answer your question Joe, he got in 4 games for us. However, since he played in our league and was released from his prior team, he actually doesn't need any games with us. Remember back when tryon picked up a kid from top hat to play state with them without any games? The same situation applies here.

Technically, if he's going as a pickup... then he'd need to wear his old uniform! :)
However, you are not allowed to go as a pickup if your team is also playing in a State tourney.
Of course... these are all based on SD ASA rules, which, in the end, are clearly subject to interpretation by GH... so I'm sure he'll be fine.
There's no real language in there about switching teams mid-season, so common sense would say that his games with BOHICA would just transfer over to Outkast...but you never know.

17. Player Pickup Rule:
A team may pick up another player from a team in their league at their division or below. If a team has 12 players, one pickup is allowed. If they have 11 players, two pickups are allowed. A maximum of two pickups per team. A player can play in only one State 12” ASA Tournament per year.
If a player’s team is playing in a State Tournament, he cannot be a pickup player for another team.
Player Pickup Forms must be filled out on each pickup player and sent to Gary Harrington one week before tournament. The forms are available on the SDASA web site: http://www.sdasasoftball.com; click on the first listing; click on “forms”; click on “registration forms”; click on “Men’s Slow-Pitch Pick-up Player Application” Print the form .

Section 2. In cities or communities having a league which plays at least twelve (12) games and where a player plays for a team which is a member of that league, that player cannot be used on another team as a regular player unless he has been a regular member of that participating team prior to July 1st. He may be entered on that team's roster as a non-regular member
Dehan is ok based on the fact that he was a "regular" member of BOHICA.
